Episode 27
My Guru, My Father
Episode 27: Many years ago, I went on a wild goose chase, searching for a guru in the jungle of Rishikesh, India. Eventually, I found him and he and his adopted daughter, Divya Varni, taught me many things.
Check out my chat with Divya, who is now a yoga teacher and coordinator at the Ashram (Yogant Foundation). We talk about what it's like to grow up with a living master as your father, the importance of being a Karmayogi, and the beneficial yoga practices we can utilize during these trying times.
